Coronavirus update and future arrangements

Coronavirus

All our services are now closed until further notice.

We can still be contacted at office@hyndlandasc.org.uk

Fees Up-date

We will not be charging any fees from April onwards but, would ask all of you who are still able to pay, to pay any fees normally paid up to the end of April.  Thereafter, please cancel your regular standing order payments from May onwards.

Asking you to pay in April will allow us to cover ongoing expenses until we receive the help from the government to pay 80% of wages. (Government Job Retention Scheme) It also gives us time to re-calculate standing orders and write to parents.

Those with a credit at the end of April have the option to leave this on their account for future use or have the balance refunded.  Those families with reduced circumstances will not be asked to pay.  If you wish, you can continue to pay and build a credit towards next year’s fees.

Re-registration – Current Families

We will be re-registering all our current families (who wish to return in August) in May.  Please look out for our email containing the link to the new registration form plus details of our Fees, Terms and Conditions.  Please make sure you have the above email address in your contacts list.  Please be aware, to keep your current place you will have to register, and, by the date specified on the re-registration email.  This will be around the end of May.  Failure to re-register will result in loss of your place.

Waiting List

Those families on our waiting list (including new P1’s) will be contacted in June to advise availability.  Both Hyndland and Notre Dame still have lengthy waiting lists – especially mid-weekdays.

New Families

Please look out for information on this website or email us at the above address.

Summer Holidays

We regret, the current situation does not allow us to plan for the summer holidays.  We will put details on here as soon as we know and will advise registered families by email.

Please take care everyone, stay safe and keep healthy.

Best Wishes

Fiona Ansdell
