2021 hasn’t started as we might have hoped for, but we are preparing to deal with the current situation as best we can.
We will be following the Scottish Government rules and will be closing our clubs to all but keyworker families in the first instance until further notice. Except for our sister club at Thornwood Primary which will not be providing a service to keyworker children as the demand did not warrant staying open.
Currently, it is our intention to open to keyworker children only, who are registered with us and have a place in school.
We intend being open between 3pm and 6pm from Thursday 7th January.
Please note, as we will have fewer staff available, we will not be able to separate the year groups as we have been doing.
Also, we regret we will not be able to provide Breakfast Club.
Regarding fees, we will not be charging for non-keyworker children who are, due to lock down, prevented from attending. However, we would ask parents to make their January payment as normal – this will give us time to adjust standing order amounts from February. Refunds will be given if requested otherwise credits will be used to reduce payments.
Please bear in mind if demand declines and numbers drop consistently, or we have staffing issues we may need to close at short notice.
To be put on our register, please let us know when your place in school has been confirmed and what days you will need. For all other children and families, we hope to see you soon!
